Hello everyone! Today I'm excited to show you my latest fun experimental side project (to scratch my programmers itch):
Ganz VTuber Framework
You have the entire Unity pipeline at your disposal for VTubing and the simplicity of a Python backend as well. Currently, this project is powered by Google MediaPipe Face and requires only 1 RGB Webcam to use and no fancy GPU. The demo binaries shouldn't require any additional installation.
Additional features may be added/developed upon request.

All donations will go towards commissioning an artist to build an open source 3D model with 52 blendshapes (so I can distribute a model in this project). Consider donating on ko-fi so 100% of the proceeds go towards this.
